Fluid in the Box (FiB)
In concrete terms, Fluid in the Box means a detailed overview of the market in order to identify and rank the potential new customers in terms of product applications, our capability to propose a competitive offer and service. Base on this prospection plan, we shall contact them and suggest a technical offer adapted to their needs offering samples for testing. The ultimate intention is to start a long term collaboration with them. For now, we have already selected some key segments for Romania: the explosive industry, crop protection, the sealants industry and the metal working industry. Within three months, we expect to initiate contacts to our potential clients. Once a month, phone conferences are held with the involved teams in order to supervise the progresses and analyze the collection of data. Another objective of this project is to share all the local experiences as best practices and references for the other affiliates. TOTAL Romania took the opportunity to present its special collaboration with the explosive specialised company Austin Powder as a success story.
